All joking aside: a really positive experience, with a great dentist who makes you feel comfortable and at ease. If you are lucky enough to get in here, you will be in very capable and professional hands.”

“In these days when NHS dentistry is a vanishing reality thanks to government cuts we must thank our lucky stars that this great practice continues to operate right in the centre of Norwich. The standard of work as well as the service and friendliness of staff, from reception to oral hygienists through to the actual dentists themselves continues as always to be excellent. “After missing check-ups during lockdowns and other reasons, I was allocated to Ana. She provided a damage assessment and booked me in for two 1-hour sessions after checking I was OK with such long periods in the chair. She carefully explained what was needed and gave me options.

I needed several fillings and other work. Ana was professional but friendly, constantly checking I was OK and giving me updates. It was far from the ordeal it should have been and I recommend her fully. Nothing to worry about! The dental assistants and receptionists were also professional.”

“A good and professional team, I've been going to the Prince of Wales Rd practice for many years now and I have always been well received, courteously dealt with, and any dental work done has been nothing but excellent. I have seen by five or six different dentists at the practice in the very long time I have been attending and all have been very polite, informative and super efficient if any work has been needed, which, fortunately, has not been too often.”
